In the past six months the business model at Buzzard has adapted. We launched in May 2018 with a handful of unique products that were all customizable with our brand new laser engraving system. Prior to launch, we created a few Buzzard branded wool caps. We soon received requests from local businesses and organizations to design and sew custom hats for them. What started as a favor, morphed into a major part of our business. These days it seems we are spending a majority of our time behind a sewing machine making magic happen.

Since day 1, we have aimed to cater to small businesses and organizations. This allows us to have more PERSONAL PARTNERSHIPS with our wholesale customers. Every product we have is able to be custom branded to meet the needs of our customers at a price that allows for MAXIMUM MARGINS for retailers. We've taken this model and provided the same quality and attention to detail to custom hat sales.
Need graphic work? Logo scribbled on a napkin? No problem. Not everybody has high quality images ready to make a unique cap. We are EXPERTS IN GRAPHIC DESIGN and can typically recreate your logo as a high quality vector file in a very short period of time.
Why would you put your brand on a hat that just doesn't fit quite right? You shouldn't. We source HIGH QUALITY caps that people are proud to wear. Whether it is a Flat Brim 5 Panel Cap, 7 Panel Cap, Dad Hat, Flexfit, Trucker Hat, Pom Beanie, or just about any other style - We source only the best.
We have PLENTY OF OPTIONS for you to design your custom. We can source woven patches that have a high image resolution, embroidered patches that have a classic look, woven labels, or make leather patches in house on our CNC laser system. Additionally we have capabilities to sublimate images onto patches and labels to create one-off hats all within our shop.
We understand not all shops can bring in a 100 hats. Staying true to our roots in supporting small business and local organizations, we have LOW MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES.
